It's a special moment of the holidays which encourages meetings of people attracted by a common motivation. Friendships formed in a group are common.
What are you going to do
Helping people discover wildlife, landscapes and people is the role of your guide. He has a strong personality and his professional concern is to maintain a nice and friendly atmosphere. You will share his passion. The mountain is a privileged universe far from industrial civilization.
The gigantic peak of Toubkal, also known as Jebel Toubkal, is the highest point in North Africa. Here is a description of this peak: Toubkal is located in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco, and it reaches an altitude of 4,167 meters, making it the highest peak in North Africa. Its majestic form dominates the surrounding mountainous landscapes. To reach it, one generally has to follow a route from the village of Imlil, located at around 1,740 meters above sea level. Climbing Toubkal is a memorable experience for hikers and mountaineers, but it can be demanding due to its high altitude. Climbing Toubkal offers breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara in the distance on a clear day. The summit is often snow-capped in winter, adding to its charm. It is best to plan this expedition carefully, equip yourself with adequate equipment, and, in most cases, hire an experienced guide to ensure your safety. In addition to being a physical challenge, climbing Toubkal is an immersion in the natural beauty of Morocco, with its impressive mountainous landscapes and authentic Berber culture. It is an unforgettable experience for lovers of mountains and outdoor adventures.
Highlights:

A physical training :
First, know how to recognize your limits and direct your choice according to your real abilities. You will get much more satisfaction from a circuit within your reach than by trying to achieve performance at all costs. Test yourself before departure. The table below tells you what you should be able to do before you leave.
Level 1: if you are absolutely not sporty, plan at least 2 months of preparation and do 4 to 5 hour markets every weekend which include some elevation changes. You will then approach the routes marked * in satisfactory conditions.
Level 2: running is a good test and a method of preparation accessible to everyone. For these routes, you must be able to run, even slowly, for a minimum distance of three kilometers without suffering from aches or feeling exceptional fatigue**.
Level 3: these circuits require more in-depth muscle and breath training. A 7 to 8 kilometer jog done without any particular effort will be an excellent test. If this seems achievable but strenuous, you should train for this distance at least once a week for one to two months.
Level 4: these courses are reserved for long-time athletes who, several times a week, train their physical condition intensively.
Psychological preparation:
It is especially important when you go on a distant trek, especially an expedition. The adventure, even prepared with the greatest care, retains (fortunately) its share of surprises and unpredictable events. These should not be able to destabilize you by attributing exaggerated importance to them. However, before signing up for a distant trek, it is best to be aware of your ability to adapt to unusual events or situations. The guide needs your support and support. For several days or weeks, you will live within a group, which requires a resolutely positive state of mind in order to generate a friendly atmosphere and promote lasting friendly relationships.
